FABULOUS BLUEGRASS!! :D

I was just in my room playing my fiddle. ouo

I'm practicing for this thing that my parents' band are playing at (Is this even correct grammar? ... To hell with grammar. XD) on St. Patrick's Day. I like that holiday... I have some good memories with it. -w-

So, if my parents will let me make a "special appearance", I'm gonna play this song called Swallowtail. It's a really Irish sounding song. I was thinking of starting the song like a total beginner, but on the second time around, make it sound TOTALLY BADASS. :D

I got that idea from my dad. XD

I'm also not telling the band, so it's gonna be a surprise... That also means I really need to buckle down and practice. I'M SO DETERMINED!!!! >:D

I just ignored this blog post for like, eleven minutes making hot cocoa and playing fiddle. XD

OH MY. I made up a fabulous part that I can add to Swallowtail. It fits PERFECTLY. See, being a bluegrass musician... You can pretty much do what you want with songs. You can add your own... "flavor" to it, I suppose. You can make songs your own unique styles. That's why I love bluegrass. :D

Now that I think about it, I live in a very musical household... My parents are almost always playing music on speakers or playing music on instruments. I'm the same way too... I kinda like having a musical family. -w-

I hope he's in a good mood when he comes home. He is like, never in a good mood ever anymore... ono

*Looking at the setlist for the St. Paddy's day gig* ... There's a song called Rose? WELL, THAT'S FANTASTIC. :D

I REALLY want to play fiddle now!!!!! ono

I need to redo my fabulous nail polish... Maybe I'll make them red and silver. ouo

And then... Wait, I don't have dark blue... I don't think I do, anyway. And Sylvia would kill me if I made my nails blue and red. ... Orange and yellow? Or maybe pale pink and yellow!!! :D

Daawwww!

And draw little butterflies on my nails too... That's adorable. XD

NO WAIT. I was gonna make my nails TARDIS blue!!! I was thinking TARDIS blue and black, and on the black nails I'd use my nail art thing and make a TARDIS. 'Cause they actually have TARDIS blue! Or at least close to TARDIS blue. :D

I keep capitalizing TARDIS. ... It IS an acronym afterall. XD
